$3,000 Retention Bonus for Experienced Excavator Operators

CPM Constructors currently has an open position for an Experienced Excavator Operator.

The pay range for an Experienced Excavator Operator is $28 - $32/hour, depending on experience.

Excavator Operators must have the following skills and abilities:

Operate heavy equipment to move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other

materials.

Operate heavy equipment to assist in the maintenance and repair of roadways.

Ability to use an excavator for the demolition of bridges.

Have experience with 3D machine control systems (preferably Trimble Siteworks SD).

Have experience on municipal or DOT public infrastructure projects

Conduct daily pre-operational checks on equipment, clean, lubricate, and refuel.

Ability to understand and follow directions.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout Maine

and New Hampshire. This position will REQUIRE travel away from home. Must be willing

to work full days as well as nights and weekends as required. If you feel you cannot meet

Retention Bonus: If you are hired and stay employed with us for 60 days, you will receive $1500 and if you remain employed with us for 120 days, we will pay you an additional $1500 retention bonus!
